CORE was created to help equestrians of all disciplines become better athletes and improve their performance in the saddle. With a range of resistance, cardiovascular, balance and mobility work we will improve all aspects of your riding making you more confident in your all round rider ability.

 

WHAT I OFFER

CORE was created to be both online and in person making it accessible for everyone wherever they are, and also whenever you choose to train. CORE offers a selection of resistance training, balance, cardiovascular fitness and mobility work to help you be the most balanced and confident in the saddle you can be. I currently offer three different pathways, all of which are suitable to everyone no matter your current fitness levels or experience.

So which pathway is most suitable for you

Both our online and in-person plans are completely bespoke to the individual and allow you to fit your training in around even the busiest of schedules. You can also contact me at any point during your programme, and bi-weekly check-ins are suggested to help keep you supported.

Online Personalised Training

£160 per month

Fully custom online training plan designed to help you reach your potential in the saddle, allowing you train when you want, how you want and where you want.

Programs are linked via a programming app which allows me to track your progress and check in with you throughout the month.

1:1 Personalised Training

Price depends on number of sessions per week

Get fit in the comfort of your own home (or yard!). I come to you, making equestrian specific personal training accessible to everyone. Having me there in person will allow me to assess and identify any imbalances or areas where you need to improve, as well as fit around your schedule, and help you achieve your goals in an effective and safe manner.

This is only available to those in a 50 mile radius of Hexham, Northumberland.

Group Training

£20 per person

Group training provides a fun, motivating environment for you to reach your fitness goals alongside friends/family. It is also a great way to keep everyone accountable and consistent in their training which will allow you to notice the benefits both in and out of the saddle sooner.

Group training is great fun and if you are enjoying your training the more likely you are to stick to it.

This is only available to those in a 50 mile radius to Hexham, Northumberland.
