Program Overview

 

Online personalised Training

£160 per month

Fully personalised online training program tailored to the individuals needs and goals. Wether you are a happy hacker or a professional rider, let me help you reach your potential in the saddle by improving your strength, balance, mobility and CV fitness.

Programs with full exercise demonstrations are linked using a programming application and tailored for your experience, the equipment you have available, and number of sessions per week that you would like to train.

 

Group training

(In person)

£ 20 per person

Group training provides an encouraging, motivating environment for you to work towards your fitness goals alongside friends/family. Not only is it fun but it also establishes accountability in the group, making sure that everyone in the group is consistent in their training. This will allow you to notice the benefits of rider specific training in the saddle.

Group training is a fun, cost effective way of training and we all know the more you enjoy your training, the more likely you are to stick with it.

 1:1 Personalised Training

(In person)

Price depending on number of sessions per week

Get fit in the comfort of your own home/yard. I come to you making equestrian specific personal training accessible for everyone. Having me there in person will allow me to asses and identify any area’s where you need to improve and create plans that will help you achieve your goals quickly, effectively, and most importantly, safely.

Please note this is only available to those within a 50 mile radius to Hexham, Northumberland.

Online Personalised Training is completely bespoke to the individuals goals and needs and linked via a programming application which has demonstrations of the exercises on there. This allows me to track your progress, you to check in with me and for me to hold you accountable. Online training allows you train when you want, how you want and where you want making it accessible to everyone.

1:1 Personalised Training (in person) is the perfect solution for those wanting a fully custom training plan in the comfort of their own homes. I come to you making it accessible to have an equestrian specific personal trainer for even the busiest individual. In person training also allows me to identify any area’s where you need to improve and help correct any imbalances in a safe and effective way.

Group training allows you to train with friends in a fun, encouraging and motivating environment. Having that weekly training session in the diary as a group holds you accountable to show up each week for sessions. Group sessions are often a lot of fun and the more you enjoy your training, the more likely you are to be consistent which will lead to quicker results.
